Terms & Conditions for Purchase and Participation
Payment & Commitment
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All offerings are non-transferable and intended for individual use only. You may choose between a full payment or a payment plan, where applicable. Payment plans are binding and must be completed in full, regardless of participation.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, in alignment with our program commitment policy. However, if you reside in Norway or the EU/EEA, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under local consumer laws for certain digital products or services. Details about this legal right are outlined below.

Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal (angrerett) for clients within Norway and the EEA in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. If you are an EEA-based client purchasing a digital program or service online, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that the service has not already begun.

By proceeding with your purchase, you agree that access to the program or service may begin immediately, and in doing so, you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has started, as per Angrerettloven § 22 letter n.

Clients outside the EEA are not covered by this policy, and our standard refund terms apply as outlined above.

Rescheduling & Cancellations (1:1 Sessions)
You may reschedule up to 3 sessions within a program, as long as they are made up in the same or following week.

Drop-in or one-off sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed or late-cancelled sessions are not refundable or transferable.

In rare cases of emergency, please reach out directly to explore available options.

Scope of Work & Disclaimer
These offerings are designed for personal growth and are not substitutes for medical or psychiatric care. By participating, you agree to take full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

You are encouraged to consult with a medical or mental health professional if you have any underlying conditions, ongoing trauma, or mental health concerns.

Liability Waiver
You participate at your own risk. Breathwork, embodiment, and dearmouring practices can bring up deep emotional experiences. It is your responsibility to communicate your needs, limits, and capacity throughout the process.

The facilitator is not liable for any discomfort or effects, physical, emotional, or psychological, that may arise during or after a session or program.

Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal information is handled with confidentiality and care. Intake forms, emails, and private session content are stored securely, and will not be shared unless legally required.

Copyright & Content Use
All program materials, meditations, session recordings, and teaching content are the intellectual property of Elisabeth Finocchiaro and may not be shared, copied, or reused without written permission.
