Commitment and Payment:
By enrolling in our event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.
Refund Policy:
A refund is available within the first 14 days of your enrollment. After this 14-day period, the payment is non-refundable.
We offer refunds only to customers who have diligently implemented all recommended strategies and resources provided by our program, yet have derived no discernible benefit or improvement from their efforts. In such cases, a refund request may be considered, subject to our review and discretion
Non-Transferable:
The program and its associated benefits are non-transferable. They are intended for your personal use and cannot be shared, transferred, or assigned to any other individual or entity.
Disclaimer of Guarantees:
While we strive to provide high-quality content and experiences, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or benefits from the event. The effectiveness of our resources and materials may vary from person to person.
Liability:
By participating in our program, you acknowledge that any activities, practices, or techniques suggested or provided within the program are undertaken at your own risk. We are not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological reactions or effects that may arise from your involvement in the program.
Consultation:
We recommend that you consult with a qualified professional before making any significant decisions or changes in your life based on the content of our event.
Important Notice:
Our event may include content that could potentially trigger individuals experiencing deep emotional pain or mental health issues. We strongly advise those who are currently in distress or have severe mental health concerns to seek immediate help from an in-person therapist or mental health professional. Our event is not a substitute for professional mental health care, and it is essential to prioritize your well-being and safety.
Medical Waiver & Confidentiality:
You understand that breathwork involves specific breathing techniques aimed at promoting relaxation, emotional release, and personal growth.
Health and Medical Considerations:
You confirm that you are in good physical and mental health and do not have any medical conditions or concerns that would prevent you from safely engaging in breathwork. you understand that if you have any doubts or questions about my ability to participate, it is your responsibility to seek further medical advice.
As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated for anyone thinking of practicing the conscious connected breathwork sessions and it is crucial that you inform Elisabeth before the session if any of the following conditions are relevant to you.
You can still join and I will guide you accordingly:
Pregnancy
Detached Retina or Glaucoma
High Blood Pressure
Cardiovascular disease including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
Diagnosis of aneurysm in the brain or abdomen
Uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes
Asthma – if you are asthmatic, you are welcome to attend providing you bring your inhaler to the session
Epilepsy
Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the last 10 years
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release
Informed Consent:
I confirm that I have read and understood this medical waiver and release of liability. I affirm that I am participating voluntarily, and I give my informed consent to engage in breathwork sessions with Elisabeth Finocchiaro.
Confidentiality:
I agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants and will not disclose any personal information shared during the session.

Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our program platform.
By continuing with your enrollment in our program, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this disclaimer.
