I created Breathe Live in 2020 when I had to move my in-person Breathwork practice online because of the pandemic.

I knew I was creating a long-term community but I didn't know how much joy and meaning it will bring me and the members that are inside.

I still have members from that time in 2020!

I am proud of my online Breathwork membership and very proud to be a Breathworker. I have worked professionally for close to 7 years now and safety, depth and connection are leading points in the way that I lead my sessions.

IT IS possible to lead and have incredible experiences online with this work. I have almost mastered it and I am involve with it.
